Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zporti mobile and web application (the “Service”) operated by Zporti (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

When you register, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy separately from any optional consent to marketing emails.

Zporti provides a social sports prediction and challenge experience: you can create or join challenges with friends, submit predictions, view results and leaderboards, and use related features we may add or change over time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Coins are a virtual in-game item licensed to you for use within the Service. Coins are not money, not currency, and not a payment instrument. You do not own coins; you hold a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within the Service, which ends when your account is closed or these Terms end.

Coins have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, withdrawn, cashed out, sold, or converted into money or anything of monetary value, inside or outside the Service. There are no prizes. Nothing in the Service is gambling or betting for money or money’s worth.

Coins are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, trade, or transfer coins to any other person, and you may not accept coins from any other person outside the mechanics we provide within the Service. Any attempt to do so is void and may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of your balance.

You may earn coins by playing, and you may buy coins as a consumable in-app purchase. Purchases are final. Buying coins is buying a licence to use a virtual item; it is not a deposit, investment, or store of value.

We may grant, withdraw, adjust, expire, suspend, or reset coin balances, and may change the price, availability, earn rates, and function of coins at any time. We may correct balances affected by error, bug, fraud, chargeback, or breach of these Terms.

If your account is closed or terminated for any reason, any remaining coin balance is forfeited and is not refundable or compensable. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any statutory right to cancel a purchase before digital content is supplied.

The Service is for users aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service, and older where local law requires a higher minimum age. We may suspend or close accounts where we believe the user is under 18.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not: break the law; harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts; scrape or overload the Service; distribute malware; cheat, manipulate, or disrupt challenges or outcomes; or use the Service to send spam or deceptive communications.

We may investigate and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or users at risk.

You retain rights to content you submit (such as profile information, messages, and challenge activity). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Self-serve Business and negotiated Enterprise organization plans sold through Zporti are one-time or contract-scoped fees for organization access during the WC 2026 tournament period (and related org-admin features we describe at purchase), not unlimited lifetime access to the Service.

Organization plans include org branding, member seat limits, and WC 2026 organization features such as a branded org and linked squad, as described on our pricing and checkout pages at the time of purchase.

Organization plans do not include personal Pro subscriptions, virtual coins, boosts, in-app store purchases, or other consumer in-app monetization for individual members. Those products are sold separately to personal accounts.

Seat tiers and pricing for self-serve Business plans are fixed buckets (for example, up to 100 or 500 member seats). Upgrades may be available for additional seats before or during the tournament period, subject to the checkout and billing flows we provide.

Enterprise and custom organization pricing is agreed in writing or in your Stripe checkout / order summary. If there is a conflict between marketing summaries and your signed order or checkout receipt, the order or receipt controls for your organization.

We may modify org features, seat tooling, or tournament-scoped functionality during WC 2026 where needed for operations, compliance, or product safety. Material changes to paid org entitlements will be communicated through your org admin contact or billing email where practicable.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sports data, odds, and results may come from third parties; we do not warrant their accuracy or timeliness.

Friendly competition and predictions are for entertainment. Nothing in the Service constitutes gambling, financial, or professional advice where such activity is regulated or prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where law does not allow such a cap.

You agree to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where Zporti operates its business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have rights to bring disputes in the courts of your place of residence where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where allowed by law.
